It has been brought to our attention that fake websites that look exactly like vgmc.com have appeared recently with the intention to deceive the general public and our shareholders. Please be informed that www.vgmc.asia is not related to vgmc.com although they claim that they are the Asia branch of VGMC. This website was created on 20 May 2011 by copying VGMC website content and structure page by page. The objective of this website is to cheat investors into believing that www.vgmc.asia is part of the VGMC business operation and to scam their monies and phish VGMC shareholders' details.
Shareholders are reminded not to login through or surf www.vgmc.asia as it may contain Trojans or viruses that may also compromise hardware security. We will be consulting our legal and IT team to contemplate further action against the operator of said website. In the mean time shareholders are strongly advised to avoid visiting www.vgmc.asia.
