We would like to inform all shareholders that there has been a new website, created on
28th of February 2011 under the name of dualventure.com, which has similar content to
Virgin Gold Mining Corporation’s website, vgmc.com. We hereby officially announce that
dualventure.com is NOT part of, in collaboration, joint venture, having mutual benefits
whatsoever with, or connected/related in anyway to Virgin Gold Mining Corporation.
The mentioned website is obviously one of many copycats that have come across VGMC’s
website and copied bits and pieces from it, then input them into their own websites to confuse
visitors to their websites into thinking that they might be somehow related to Virgin Gold,
when there is only similarity of certain content between their and Virgin Gold websites.
We expect these copycat sites to mushroom in the Internet within the coming months;
therefore we strongly advise shareholders not to go to any websites that claim they are part
of, in collaboration, joint venture, having mutual benefits with or connected/related in
anyway to Virgin Gold Mining Corporation, since there are strong possibilities such websites
contain viruses or trojans to infect and/or gain control over your computers. Please NEVER
try to login into such sites using your shareholder id/username and password and never
reveal your security answers.
The operators of these sites are likely to cheat/scam investors and may put the blame on
VGMC. It is the responsibility of all; the company, the regulators and the shareholders, to
explain to all potential shareholders that such scams are on-going and NOT wholly or
partially related in anyway to Virgin Gold Mining Corporation.
